Shareholder With more than sixteen years experience practicing in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use, economic development, business law, and estate planning, Melanie has represented large commercial and residential developments, public/private partnerships, mixed-use developments, and hotels. Melanie assists developers and buyers and sellers in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, land use and development. In addition to her real estate practice, Melanie counsels clients with respect to the formation of business entities, changes and management of contractual relationships, asset and stock acquisitions, and other fundamental business transactions. Melanie received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Spanish, as well as her Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She is admitted to practice law in New Mexico and Missouri. When not assisting clients, Melanie serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Mexico. |
