Jenny Kaufman joined the firm in 2008.  Jenny grew up in Santa Fe and graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College in 1998, receiving a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish.  In 2003, Jenny received her law degree from New York University School of Law.  At NYU, Jenny was a teaching assistant in the legal research and writing program and an Assistant Casebook Editor for the NYU Moot Court. 

From 2003 through 2007, Jenny practiced law with the New York City law firm of Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP, where she was an associate in the litigation department.  At Rubin Katz Jenny practices in the areas of civil litigation and employment law

Jenny is licensed to practice law in the States of New Mexico, New York and New Jersey
