When James Rubin and Leonard Katz founded the Rubin Katz Law Firm over twenty-five years ago in Santa Fe, New Mexico, they decided to focus on practice areas in which they and other attorneys joining the firm had special skills and experience. As of January 1, 2012, Janice Ahern joined with Jim, Lenny, Frank Herdman and Melanie MacGillivray to form a new firm: Rubin Katz Ahern Herdman & MacGillivray, P.A., With nine attorneys and state of the art technology, the firm is one of the premier law firms in New Mexico in the areas of real estate, business, employment, zoning, land use, construction, and entertainment law and civil litigation.
